SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are shipped on Mondays (unless it is a preorder or out of stock item).

Out of stock items can be pre-ordered. During major sales and promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process. Orders are not processed on weekends  and/or major holidays. 

Shipping to PO Boxes: Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. 

RETURN POLICY:

We 100% guarantee the quality of our product. Any product can be exchanged within 10 days of  purchase. Product packaging must be un-opened and must not have been used or unraveled from bands. Any cutting, dyeing, color rinsing, perming or noticeable compromising of the integrity of the product voids return guarantee.
